Foraged Food Field Trip / Cooking Classes

Introducing our new series of foraged food cooking classes!  We have partnered with Foraged Food Chef, Nancy Smith (@funlifeforaging) to develop seasonal foraging field trips along with an associated cooking class.  First, learn about the season’s native plants; mushrooms; shellfish; berries or whatever is delicious, natural and easy to harvest off our wild lands.  Learn how, when and where to harvest. Then return to our commercial kitchen and cook up a seasonal and delicious meal or product to take home with you!

All classes start at 11am, meeting at our office, and will end around 2:30 pm. Call to pay and register over the phone or find our event on our FB page to register via Eventbrite. $59 per person
