New for 2022 – Foraged Food Cooking Classes! We have partnered with Foraged Food Chef, Nancy Smith (@funlifeforaging) to develop seasonal foraging skills field trips along with an associated cooking class. First, go on a field trip to learn about the featured ingredient of the day. This may be native plants; mushrooms; shellfish; berries or whatever is delicious, natural and easy to harvest off our wild lands and which is available at the time. Learn how, when and where to harvest the featured ingredient. Then return to our commercial kitchen and cook up a seasonal and delicious meal or product to take home with you! Harvested ingredients and schedule listed below. All classes start at 11am at our office, and will end around 1:30 to 2:00 pm. $69 per person.
