Lunch In The Wild Tour

Join us for our 3 to 3.5 hour LUNCH IN THE WILD KAYAKING TOUR! On this guided tour we paddle along rocky shorelines of the North Hood Canal in search of the area’s abundant wildlife before stopping at a secluded beach for a BYO lunch, swimming, and beach combing. Seals, eagles, marine invertebrates, small fish and river otters may be spotted along the way and occasionally we encounter larger marine mammals such as Orca, humpback whales and California Sea Lions. Your guide will also point out an active bald eagle nest perched high in a tree overlooking the cove.

Please wear shoes that are sturdy but can get wet. There are many oysters on the beach were we dine and swim and they can be quite sharp. The waters in the Hood Canal can reach 73 degrees F in the summer, so bring your swimsuit for June through September tours!
